The privy chamber, reimagined.

The chamber was the innermost, most private room in a Tudor household — where a lady dressed, was dressed, and prepared to be seen. This collection is named for that ritual: the gowns worn from private chamber to public court, in silhouettes drawn from the same era that shaped Elizabeth Tilney's own household at Ashwellthorpe.
