Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, contact us at info@tilneyandco.com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA number must be referenced on the outside of your return packaging. Items sent back without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
Brand Partner Returns Certain products are fulfilled directly by our brand partners and artisan suppliers. Returns for these items must be shipped to the supplier's designated facility, which will be confirmed at the time your return is approved. Please do not ship any item back without first receiving your RMA and return instructions.
Return Shipping Labels Complimentary prepaid return labels are provided for eligible ready-to-wear items and will be emailed to you upon approval. For items fulfilled by brand partners or made-to-order pieces, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your RMA confirmation will specify which policy applies to your order.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply — unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@tilneyandco.com.
